Fidra Coastal Gin (70cl)

3 years ago I found myself at the Scottish gin awards on a table with Jo and Emma, 2 ladies who were keen to get into the game. The more the wine flowed the more I offered to help out. 6 months and a lot of experiments later and we had something we were happy with, a coastal inspired London dry using sea buckthorn and rosehips that they gather around East Lothian, thyme, lemon thyme and elderflower from Archerfield. At the time we didn’t have a bottling room at Inshriach so we made it here and it went across the river to @kinraradistillery for bottling. Then we got building and for the last 18 months we have been able to do every stage of the process in house. Two years from that first meeting Fidra hit no 5 in the top London drys at the Scottish gin awards and amazingly we have just produced batch no 14.

So we thought it was about time we made it available through the Inshriach Gin online shop.
