Take a drum of our 43% Original Speyside Dry Gin, add as many locally grown Blackberries as possible then gaze at it for a year. Sweeten it, filter it and bottle it.
Last year we made Blackberry and Sloe Gin, this year we made Blackberry Liqueur and Sloe Gin.
The Blackberry liqueur is 21.8% and the Sloe gin is 24.2% both bottled in our 35cl Apothecary bottles.
Serve as a funky gin and tonic, as an alternative to sloe gin or with lemonade.
