Posted @withregram • @walkstheshire Throwback to one of the most special accommodations I ever stayed in 🍂✨

The Bothy at @inshriach was originally built to offer artists and creatives a place of solitude and simplicity, but is now available to everyone who longs for exactly the same.

We stayed in the Bothy middle of November when the first frost of the year arrived, and let me tell you, it was just magical ✨ Even though it could get cold when you needed to go to the loo as it’s outside and opened to the world (see last pic for the loo view 🤣), but don’t worry, still well hidden so you don’t have any unexpected visitors.

A log burner made the bothy super cosy and warm, and for extra heat we used the sauna that has been a horsebox in its previous life🐴 @inshriach has also its own distillery and produces a very fine gin that we could not resist to taste 🥃.

I could go on about what it had to offer, but I will just never forget the feeling of tranquility that I have experienced there. It was like staying in a magic forest ✨ or like stepping into the pages of a fairytale 📖

Can’t beat an off grid stay with a cosy fire and the beauty of the Cairngorm National Park 🌲🌲
